1. Print a Configuration Report

• Turn on the printer and ensure it is in a ready state.
• Press and hold the Cancel button. It is marked with an “X.” Hold the button down for about 5 seconds until the printer starts printing a report.
• The report will include details like the total number of pages printed, toner levels, and other printer settings. These details are crucial when learning how paper usage is tracked on HP Laser 107A.

Connect your printer for power on. Hold down the Cancel button for 5 seconds or 25 seconds. Release the button. It will print the report.

After you release the finger, it will print the report immediately on 2 papers. Below is the Total report of printing amount 31116 of Total Information. And one more report is just the error report.

Now the ways, I want to check the amount of paper I have used in a period. I need to print the report again. Below is the second report checking, total of 31118 impressions (it also has an error report as the first print).

Note: This means that we want to check the report amount paper that we have printed in a week or a month for each toner. When this toner runs out off the Ink, how much the papers that we have to print.

Now we total the amount of paper that we have printed = 31116 – 31118 + 2 = 4 papers. So all the papers that we have printed are 4 papers.
