Two-story flyover project (Project-2)

A new flyover is under construction in Phnom Penh, designed to improve traffic flow at the intersection of Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd., Monivong Blvd., and the Royal Cambodian Military Blvd. This two-story flyover project will play a crucial role in reducing congestion in one of the city’s busiest areas.

The first level of the flyover will feature a roundabout connecting the four major roads, while the second level will serve as a two-way road linking Monivong Blvd. with Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd. This vital project is scheduled for completion before the Khmer New Year in 2025. In mid-2025, the Moradok Techo flyover project, the initial two-story flyover in Cambodia, will be completely functional. While the main stage was opened in mid-2024.
