A new flyover is under construction in Phnom Penh, designed to improve traffic flow at the intersection of Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd., Monivong Blvd., and the Royal Cambodian Military Blvd. This two-story flyover project will play a crucial role in reducing congestion in one of the city’s busiest areas.

In mid-2025, the Moradok Techo flyover project, the initial two-story flyover in Cambodia, will be completely functional. While the main stage was opened in mid-2024.
